Scales with Blacked-out numbers

On ver 7.5 and 7.6.
I have some numbers in the right scale area that are blacked out. True on both indicators and on prices. Some are correct, some are a black rectangle. The black ones depend on how I manually adjust scale (up or down).
Why is this happening?
Changing screen resolution does not help.

Try right clicking the chart then selecting Properties. Once in the Properties dialog box select a different color for either Scrolled Label FG or Scrolled Label BG so as to create a contrast between the two
