problem with 7.6 download

Hi,

I have tried to download the 7.6 version to my system and on the installation, I get an error msg that says 'Setup failed to launch Installation Engine' RPC Server unavailable.

does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi Avalon,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the InstallShield folder in the Common Files folder. You may want to remove InstallShield from this folder and then attempt to run the eSignal installer again. This should resolve the issue for you. FYI. The Common Files folder is located under the "Program Files" directory. The InstallShield folder will re-install when you run the eSignal installer. I've attached a picture so that you can see the directory I am referring to.
