quote window always on top

is it possible to have a quote window always on top of an advanced chart ?

As far as I know that is possible only when a window is in pop-out mode

I did try and float it, but it won't stay on top .

Once you float it then you need to click on the "pin" button that will appear on the Title Bar (to the right of the pop-out button)

Silly me,

I had all the title bars disabled, no wonder I couldn't find a thing.
