How to make the Symbol flash in Quote Box when intraday High/Low occur?

Hi:

I am not able to get this working though occasionally I see it working in one of the quote boxes. Does anybody knows how to make the prices or Symbol flash/hightlighted when today new High/Low occur?

I went to the Quote Option -> Color -> Intraday High, but it doesn't work for me for some reason.....

What is the difference "Highlight Background" & "High Alert Background"?

The option to flash the cells is in the Colors dialog box (see image)
Highlight Background is the color of the row when you highlight it by clicking and dragging in the row itself.
High Alert Background is instead the background color of the cell (or row if that option is selected) when an alert on the High is triggered
