$tick data corrupted?

Is this strange $tick data happening only to me? Other Esignal users claim it is fine but for me this is what I get. Works for a few minutes then it goes to extremes at bot ends. Below is 1 minute candle chart of $tick showing the issue. Can someone shed light on this issue.

Switch off the Log scale (right click chart->Scaling->uncheck Log Scale)
