Esignal Crashing

Hello,

Has anyone experienced esignal crashing when right clicking the alert list window?

From time-to-time, when I right click on the trigger alert list window to clear the current alerts the whole application would crash. Can someone help explain why?

What version of eSignal are you running? If you are not on the latest build (636a), I suggest downloading it and see if the problem persists.

Secondly, are you seeing a crash report with a specific error message? Copying that error message and posting it would be helpful.

Don't I wish I always had that Midas touch

Crashes can be a result of two applications trying to use the same system resources (like a common dll) so you may want to keep that in mind as well if the crash ever reoccurs.
