Tick charts not updating

I have a symbol spread using tick intervals in my upper pane. The spread usually does not update until I click on the chart. Then it will move several bars.
Also, the Indicator in lower pane does not update until I reEdit it.
Both of these problems I consider fatal flaws. Are these bugs or is there a "correct" method of auto-refreshing these?

The issues you mentioned are bugs. Both have been submitted to the Product Development team and are being examined to help isolate the best possible fix for each.
