60min symbol data takes way to long to download using QCollector for eSignal

Hello,

I have a problem with slow download times when trying to retrieve 60 minute historical data using QCollector. The speeds I get jump from 3.9K to 6.2K peak. It usually stays on the slower side averaging at around 4.5K.

I have a cable modem that can do 300K no problem and find it silly for having to download anything near dial up speeds.

This post by Scott may point as to why this interval is problematic. This is an issue that we are aware of and working to get resolved.
