How to insert image in post?

I want to insert two .jpg images in a post. How is this done?
When I click "IMG" it wants an http address, i think

Hi Venture,

When the IMG upload is looking for a URL, you will want to use the URL from the File Share directory and include it there. You can review the following post for more detailed instructions. Hope this helps.
