File menu disappeared

I was using esignal and all of a sudden the file menu disappeared and I cant seem to get it back. Im using 7.5 and no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall, its still the same. It worked fine for many months but just seemed to happen now. Please help, thanks.

Hi bobyang,

Here's what you do:

1. Press Alt+F on your keyboard. This should show the File menu. Press the right arrow key until you get to the Layout menu.
2. Using the arrow keys, go to Page and then Save Page as. Give it a file name. Close eSignal using Ctrl+E.
3. Do a search for winsig.ini. Delete (this is my edit, forgot to add it earlier). Reinstall eSignal.
4. You should get your menu back. To get to your saved page, click on Layout- Page.
