I like to monitor the ES along with $Tick. No problem in a 5-minute chart. Now I prefer dynamic charts, that is either constant tick charts or constant volume bar charts over fixed time interval charts.
I included the $Tick as study in an ES chart and then switched the interval to e.g. a 10000V chart. Unfortunately, eSignal applies the 10000V interval not only to the ES, the ticker being charted, but independently to each study in the chart, i.e. to $Tick. This is not what I had hoped for.
What I would like to see: a 10000V interval defines a (variable) time interval, say from 10:03 to 10:06. I would then like to see all $Tick values in this time interval to be used to plot a $Tick bar.
Does anyone have an idea how this could be accomplished?
Many Thanks
