Downloading all intra day data

How can I download all of the intraday data for an issue without having to manually scroll back the chart?

I assume you are referring to the Data Export tool.
In that case create a Time Template that loads the number of days required for the desired interval(s). When you apply the Time Template to the chart it will load all the days and all you need to do is right click the chart and select Tools->Data Export.
