I cant open file

Hi when i try to download these files my computer cant open them. What should I do.

I can open the ones that show the picture. But when i try to download the files to put them in my esignal I cant

When you click on the name of the file select Save instead of Open in the dialog box that appears. Then select the folder on your computer in which to save the file. Once the file is saved open it from within the application

It depends on what file you are downloading. Can you provide a few file names as examples since there are various types in that group?
