    What happened with eSignal from 8:00am PST? I just suddenly received an error on the Data Manager. "NO TS".

    I closed eSignal and re-opened again; the next error I got was "User/PW". Then I see 2 bars on 55 tick chart loaded, then "NO TS" appears again on my Data Manager.

    What is going on?

    ps. here's the first error I got:

      Please see the following announcement for an update on the disconnect issue that you and other users were experiencing.

        There was nothing there during the outage.

        If a message could be placed there when the system goes down, it'll help us to determine whether it's our end or your end that has the problem.

        It's great to know things are fixed, but please let us know during the outage of the status too.

          This outage not only affected our feed servers but the machines that power the Bulletin Board system. We were unable to post any updates to the forum during this time. Scott has provided a detailed update of the outage here. The System Status can also be accessed in eSignal by going through the Customer Support menu.
