Trend Lines Moving!!!! In Tick Charts

Currently I'm using Esignal 7.6 636A version, in 144tick advanced chart when I draw trend lines with either yellow pencil or with rest, lines falls back or moves on the next tick, they don't stay where they supposed to stay specially from last low bar to last current high or last high to current low, spoke with someone from customer service said there is bug in this version of esignal.Any suggestions? Same problem occurs in 7.4 too, is this really bug or any set-ups needs to be done in advance to use the trend lines.

This will be fixed in eSignal 7.7, which is currently in a beta testing mode. If you are interested in testing this out, please head on over to the 7 Series Beta forum.

To clarify, the bug that was addressed in 7.7 is the one where trend lines would occasionally shift when a new bar was created, even if the anchors were two known spots in time.

There is a remaining issue where a trend line will shift if the anchor is placed at some unknown spot in the future. So please keep this in mind when drawing trend lines on tick or tick based charts.
