Windows 2000 + richedit problem

While Trying to operate e-sginal 7.6 , the following message is displayed :

"Cannot intlialize Richedit !"

Dont know what to do. Help !

What build number of eSignal are you seeing this on? (Help --> About)
Is there any 3rd party financial software running that is trying to get data from eSignal?
What happens after that message is displayed?
Can you post a screenshot of the error message? (Use Alt-PrintScrn, and then paste it into Microsoft Paint. File --> Save As... select .gif as the type.)

well - I re-installed win 2000 and now I have other problems , though the tich edit format is solved.

I think I would assist specialist in this matter.
