Creating custom composite

Is there a way to create a composite chart? Specifically, I'd like to chart the following:

$ADV / $DECL

Just type the expression
$ADV /$DECL
as if you were typing a symbol.
Note that there must be a space before the operator (after is optional).
If using symbols that begin with a number preceed the symbol with an apostrophe. For example
'6E U4 /'6J U4
You can also apply a weight to either symbol. For example
100IBM /0.5$SPX
