Charts vs. Quotes

Recently I downloaded the newest eSignal version. I seem to be having a problem with my connection however. My 5min, 30min etc. charts work fine but my daily, weekly charts are not retrievable. Also, I have no quotes at all. Any suggestions for me?

I did some checking and did not see any server issues that would be causing this sort of behavior. If you would kindly Private Message me your eSignal username, we can take a look at the connections for your account and see what is going on. Thanks in advance.
