  • All My Charts Are Blank

    I have successfully used Future Source workstation for over a year without a problem. I access only non-US futures markets through this application. When I logged on several nights ago, I was prompted to update to the new version of Workstation, which reflects chnages relating to esignal taking over the product. Since the upgrade, all of my charts come on for a second and then go blank. This happens on the Simex, Eurex, FTSE and API. This has never happened before, and because I trade these exchanges at night US time, there is no one at FS to help me. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks
