Workstation problems

I recently updated workstation with the newest version 3.21. It's terrible. I'm still waiting on data to download into the data table and it's been twenty minutes. I've restated my computer 3 times, restarted my internet connection 2 times, and restarted workstation 4 times.
I didn't have this problem when I ran the 3.0 version, but had other problems.
I would expect better service from a program that cost as much as it does.
