delay on Open Auction data for commodity on Workstation

Hi,

I have been using Futuresource Workstation Ver 3.20.874.
For the past few months, we are monitoring the future prices for CBOT Soybeans/Soybean Meal/Soybean Oil/Corn/Wheat on both the open auction and electronic prices.
As we are monitoring the open auction prices and electronic prices parallel on our screen, we notice the drastic lag in the data for open auction.
for example, 26 minutes into the day session, my smh9, smk9, smn9 is still not showing data. smf9 showing 271.2 -1.6 while zmf9 already trading 269.0 -3.8
very often i have to restart the workstation but the lag is always there.
please advise if the lag is from esignal or from cmegroup.
I will personally issue complain to CMEgroup if eSignal can provide evidence that this lag is due to problem with CMEgroup.

Please advice or rectify ASAP.

Hi Jim,

I understand your concern with the volume traded. I highlighted the problem because i am able to verify what is being traded on the pit board at real time with my collegues sitting at CBOT pit against what i am seeing on my screen on workstation.
they are far apart.
this has been happening for a long time and not properly resloved.
We suppose to be getting live quotes, not delayed quotes.
