LiveCharts not working

For two weeks now, my LiveCharts refuses to load. emails to support are not answered. When I click on the Help link on the page it does not load either.

I have attached a picture of what I get when I log on. It seems none of the controls are present.

Can anyone help?

well its working again, finally. I didn't do anything to my machine, so I assume it was fixed on your end.
