Email Support Not Working

I noticed when I tried to submit a support request on their web page this morning I got:

Why on earth are they using ODBC? If support is broken, who do you call?

Hopefully the support staff will realize it's such a slow day not because everything is working fine but because their web page is broken.

Thanks for posting this. It looks like things are resolved. We've gone through and checked the various support channels for Live Charts and other Quote.com products and it looks like routing mechanisms are working as they should. Regardless, I wanted to point out a couple of places where clients can get help for any Quote.com related issues.
