Multiple Windows/Charts getting Logged Off

When running Livecharts, multiple Windows/Charts, I am getting a logoff on one chart and statement that Demo session has ended. It does seem to occur at an internval that suggests a Demo timeout, even though it shows be logged on with correct ID at start. After re-logon, it stays connected for short time and then logs off again, always same chart. Usually, I run 3 or 4 charts, but it appears to occur with the 2nd chart started.

This problems first appeared on Monday, September 11. Problem is still happening this morning.

Anyone else seeing the problem or this a known problem?

One more interesting fluke with this problem.

I'm also getting ID changes to other account names at the top of my Livechart pages. In other words, it appears the page somehow refreshes and connects me as another (apparently valid) user account.
