after 5 minutes or so...my login fails......and i have to log in all over again....on live charts......also i got a new putter and when i click on chart style and tools to export chart.....to bar data to excel......i dont get up to the minute time and price........like i did on my ol putter....do i need to down load something???

The account looks ok. If you have not yet done so, I think it may be wise to clear both cookies and cache on the browser that you are using to access LiveCharts. Also, are you using Internet Explorer or another browser such as FireFox?
