There is a login issue that is currently affecting clients who are accessing LiveCharts. Please keep an eye on the following thread for any updates regarding the issue. Thanks for your patience.

The only way I found out that the problem was at eSignal's end was that I clicked on the LiveCharts' Help Link before the login screen was displayed otherwise I would of not known it was a system wide problem. Suggest the the ability to see system status information be clearly reachable.


Update.

Since I can now log into my LiveCharts I assume the problem has been fixed. Too bad I lost a days worth of information.
