Export Printable Charts

Have subscribed to LiveCharts -- but get nothing when I try to "export printable chart." Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how is it solved? Thank you!

What browser are you currently using to run the Live Charts application? The Export Printable Chart feature is such that it should open a new window that can be printed. You may want to check any pop up stoppers to see if they are interfering with the process.

Using Firefox on MacBook Pro

Can't "export printable chart" using Firefox on a MacBook Pro.
