Logged-in chart does not work

When logged in the chart page comes up with the message

"Welcome to LiveCharts
You did sign-up for real-time data successfully,
but the chart below currently shows delayed quotes."

and the chart does not work at all, not even delayed.

Yet when logged out the demo works (delayed, of course).

This is a change in behavior since Friday.
I hope this is resolved before the regular market open.

You're not alone. Same here. I have seen this problem before in the over-a-decade I've been using LiveCharts.

Tried eSignal Live Chat, but they don't support the product.

System Status is now showing this message, so they're working on it.

Engineering is currently investigating issues affecting accessing Livecharts at this time

I'm UP as of 9:20 AM EST. However, a refresh sometimes is inconsistent, so it may be only partially restored.

Edit 2....

Now can report up 100% too.

More weekend changes and Monday asses and elbows to fix.

Once again, having trouble with livecharts....

I am getting the same problem here, and one of my friend also. Do you know if esignal technicians are aware of the problem? Are they working on it??

It seems that livecharts encounters problem each week.

Hoping they will fix that soon.

OK, LiveCharts is working normally again, just in the nick of time before the open.
