  • Getting a red "X" in upper-right corner of chart

Does anyone know what that means? I have no charting, but the "chart" is blank and shows a red "X" in the upper LEFT.

    Thanks much.

    Clear your browser's cache

If you get a red X it means that java has not started successfully. There are a number of reasons why this might happen. Usually it happens to me if I try to get the chart going too quickly before Java has started its initial boot up.

The fix is to completely clear the 'cache' memory and history of your browser. With Mozilla you clear all "private data" and with explorer you clear the temporary files and history.

I don't work here. Just trying to be helpful.
