I have real time option subscription but I have noticed that the option charts do not show all the data, only sporatic ticks. If you take an active oex option, ex oeycj, which trades thousands of contracts, and chart it on livecharts you will only see a few trades and low volume. However if I plot this symbol on e-charts.com I will see a very accurate chart with all the trading and accurate volume. Why is livecharts not showing all the data? I also see the exchange is cincinatti. This is not a liquid exchange. I think this is the problem. Livecharts should be taking either the aggregate of all exchanges or the most liquid one, ex cboe. I emailed esignal and got no response. This needs to be fixed or else I will just cancel my option subscription as e-charts works much better even though it is just delayed quotes.
