No realtime data

Hello,

I have subscribed one day ago to Livechart with Nasdaq exchange Level1, but after log-in with my username and password ,I can't get any access to realtime streaming data or export chart.(it seems that's always demo session).
I have tried with several symbols from Nasdaq market and it's always delayed data(15mn).

Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong?

In checking with technical support, I believe they have already solved this issue with you.
