Bogged Down Quote, No Support Email

I'm finding my quotes bog down and delay for several minutes during the day. At least the ES quotes do. I can't have that when I'm day trading. This persists even through several reboots.

I've attempted to email support through the online form but got this error message:

We've tested our email forms for LiveCharts several times and did not encounter any problems. The issue may stem from the combination of Firefox and Windows Vista.
