Does Live Charts have Continuous Contracts?

If so, what is the symbol format?

It does not yet have this feature, but the next version of LiveCharts will support this via eSignal's #F symbols. For instance... ES #F

2. Will Continuous include intraday data?

We don't have an official date when this will be available, however I would estimate this to be sometime in the Fall of this year. Intraday continuous charts are supported for U.S. futures.
