Livecharts system status?

my service has been down all day, and I have received no response from tech support and customer service.

i've logged in and out several times and all i get is the livecharts demo page.

What gives guys?

Getting a Demo Page usually relates to a billing issue. I checked your account and that appears to be the case. Please contact customer service at 510-785-1254 option 1 in the menu.
