Livecharts new version and option charts?

Some weeks ago, I asked why I had problems with the option quotes and charts with livecharts, and someone answered that we were going to get a new version at the end of the month.

When will we get this new version???

When will the option charts and quotes will be fully functionnal again??

Hello Eric,

Thanks for checking back in with us on this important issue.

The new LiveCharts release has run into some road bumps in the last week with regard to he hardware. Once hese issues are cleared up, we'll be good to go for the release. In the interim, we're working on opening up a public Beta to allow LC users a chance to try out the new applet before the release. We should have this beta ready within the next week or so.

Our apologies for any continuing data issues with LiveCharts.

Particularly in the third week of the month,,

This whole story began early in OCTOBER..

I was than gently told bu JayF that the options quote were out for a short while.... because of the new version of livecharts... bla bla bla.

Are you a lyer, JayF...

What kind of service is that???

I have pais my subscription each month, without getting the service I am paying for... I want a refund...

I can certainly understand your emotion and I can see that your passionate about LiveCharts, however let's keep the conversation respectful.

The LiveCharts Beta has had additional delays in releasing it, but we are continuing to work through them. Our goal is to release the Beta by the end of the year and then the LiveCharts 2.0 full release by sometime in Q1 of 2008.
