  • 500 java.lang.NullPointerException

    I'm greeted with this error message on every attempt to login to Livecharts this morning. I can go to esignal and login to my account to check service, but that login apparently doesn't keep me logged-in for Livecharts.

    I've never seen this error before. I'm running Win2000 with IE6.

    Is there a major problem?

    Is anyone else seeing the error?

    Are you continuing to see this problem? Our operations staff have investigated and found there was a problem with one of the web servers. It is believed that this issue has been corrected.

      No, problem appears to now be resolved.

      In the over-a-decade I've used Livecharts, never seen that one before.

      I know you're doing changes, and HOPEFULLY some improvements to stability. I'm am trying to be patient with the problems....most of which have persisted since before eSignal bought the service.

      .... and (PLEASE) get all the trades/ticks restored, so the charts and high/low/trades are accurate. In all honesty, I no longer consider the charts 100% usable and the service subscription in violation under statute. I now depend on LII and my other services to sanity check every move (OR LACK THERE OF) on the charts.
