changed livecharts, no explanation?

Livecharts is completely different today.
Not sure it is even updating in real time.
The beta test thing is not working.
You people going to send out an email explaining all of this or should I just go a head and cancel now?

Could you clarify what changes you are seeing?

This should be updating in real-time if you are logged in and looking at a symbol you are subscribed to for real-time.

Regarding the beta, the LiveCharts Beta site has not been released yet (although we are quite close to doing so...) So I'm not sure what you're commenting on here. Again, could you clarify this?

The data feed on livecharts was down about two hours. Then it came back and has been fine ever since. FYI
