Live Charts 2 - 2 Major Concerns!

Have subscribed to Live Charts for many years & was reassured upon the buy out of Quote.com by eSignal THAT Live Charts would remain unchanged...

Yes Live Charts 2 if the format remains simple and uncomplicated...

HOWEVER...

1) One of the main feature of original Live Charts is to be able to

Down load delayed data in ASC11 format...

I would like assurances that this will continue to be the case in Live Charts 2!

I know from many friends and fellow traders that this is a primary reason for
subscribing to Live Charts and I for one (& and know of many others) will NOT
continue my subscription of many years if this is not available!

2) On a Secondary issue... Why are we restricted to using only ME Explorer?
It is years behind that of Mozilla Firefox and used by majority of people who
appreciate its open source and total flexibility over that of Microsoft.

Live Charts in its current format works well with Mozilla Firefox (inc Java requirement) and
don't understand why eSignal contrary to that of majority of vendors have chosen to do this!
