Firewall & New LiveCharts

My employer's firewall is presenting a problem in getting a connection. I currently have no problems with old LiveCharts and Netscape 8. This version of Netscape is allowing a feed while more recent versions don't. I'm sure there's a flaw but I am exploiting it in order to get the feed. I tried the new LiveCharts with Netscape 8 and don't get the feed. Is it possible for someone at eSignal to find out which ports are being used in the old LiveCharts and turn them on for new LiveCharts?

The old ports for LiveCharts Plus were 443 and 1127, however the new applet needs the port 2812 to be opened.
