There were no known server problems affecting LiveCharts yesterday.
Please PM me if this is an ongoing problem. Also specify if this is with the old LiveCharts or the New LiveCharts.
If this is regarding the new applet, it is possible to identify the server in question by going to tools, then sun java console.
About 10 lines down from where LiveCharts is first mentioned, there should be in a line Server Name = (server name like LC-H-05)Last edited by eSignal_ToddI; 02-05-2008, 11:35 AM.
