    doctoroe,

The LiveCharts servers are up and running and have been throughout the week. Have you tried clearing your cookies, cache, and simply restarting your browser? That may likely take care of the issue.

Have you ever been able to connect to the new LiveCharts on this PC? If yes, have you installed any security or firewall software or hardware since that time?

If you haven't been able to get the new LiveCharts running on this PC, then this may be a connection issue, browser version or Java version.

Please provide more details about the problem and your system's specifications, and we'll do our best to troubleshoot. Just saying it doesn't work, and providing a snippet of the Java Console isn't enough to determine the root cause of the problem.

Thanks in advance for helping us help you.
        Regards,
        Jay F.
