portfolio not working

The portfolio stopped working yesterday and continues to fail today. The error message across the bottom of Livecharts says:
Problem reading portfolios. Error occurred i communication with portfolio server.
Two days is a long time for that to be down.
Did all the usual things including clearing the cache and rebooting.

Thank you for the post and the additional information on what you've already tried. I would recommend that you update your Java to the lastest version. You can get it here www.java.com.

Confirm you have deleted the Temp Internet Files, Cookies and you may also want to delete the history.

I have done all those things and the portfolio still is not working. The only symbols that seem to be functioning are $INDU $SPX and MSFT. Go figure.

Whatever it was, the portfolio is working this morning. I did absolutely nothing else to the computer. Got to be on Livecharts end.
