Is this new charting system working today?

I keep trying to start it, and it doesn't provide a real time chart for anything. Not a stock. Not a future.

It does something and then puts a red X on the symbol.

What the heck? I at least got it to work last week, same computer.

Maybe you should run the apps in parallel until you get the new one rock solid and migrate the users.

If the symbol on a chart or portfolio has a red x next to it, you’ll want to make sure that the symbol has been entered using the correct format and that your account is properly entitled with the appropriate exchanges.

Please PM me your Username info and we’ll be sure to check your account info.

For symbol format you’ll want to to use ES M8 for the E-minis in LiveCharts 2.0 (equivalent to ES08M for Legacy LiveCharts).

Also we can check the server you are connected to. This can be identified via your browser: In IE, in Tools and Sun Java Console. For instance something like: Server Name = LC-H-10. Please provide this along with your Username/Account info in a your PM.
