Missing bars on 5 minute charts

Look at this AAPL 5 min chart. I'm showing you that the 16:00 bar from 4/17 is missing as a bar and from you data.

Please fix this for us.

Seeing issues such as these repeatedly does not inspire traders with confidence. We should be able to get reliable data in this day and age.

Hello Random,

I was able to duplicate and have escalated this issue. We will post again once we have some more information.
