why are you showing me ADS when I am a paying customer ... especially when the ads lock up my ability to view what i paid for (livecharts)

LiveCharts is really starting to SUCK!

since you guys still dont have a stable version, why dont you re-install the old version of LiveCharts that worked great?

Hello Hubanks,

If you're getting Ads, you're not logged into the website. Ads do not appear inside the LiveCharts applet. It sounds like you are possibly in the Demo version.

In regards to your other post, we're not having any login problems at the moment. Have you tried a different browser or clearing the cache on your browser.
