Why are all my charts all of a sudden "tick" charts? Even the Daily

Hey,
So if you hit the "More" menu and go to the bottom can you change it back to candlestick or bar charts?
Or do you not even have that option?Comment

No difference at all.I tried everything to get it back to what it looked a couple of days ago. As a tick chart it works well and downloading after hours of the text files via the export feature works also as advertised. (of course still with the incorrect number of bars for some series)
No candlesticks visible on the tick charts. Have you ever heard of this before? I have restarted the program already a couple of times but no change

No - I haven't heard of this before.
There's the standard list of things to check. I know folks get tired of hearing them, but they're important:
1- Gotta use the latest Java. Verify your installation here: Java Update and click the green "Verify Installation" button in the upper LH corner. Follow the screens to completion, updating as it tells you to.
2- Close your browsers and then from the Internet Options Control Panel, clear the Cookies and Temp Internet Files. This will allow LiveCharts to download the latest software to you when you next connect.
Have you tried those 2 things?
If you have, then I guess they haven't helped?Comment

Did all that .Deleted the cookies. That did the trick.See what tomorrow brings. For the moment I am OK.

Worked excellent today Bill No problem whatsoever. I am always leery to destroy all my cookies. You never know what you are loosing. But it is probably the only way to get"Live chart " back to "LIVE". And we all have used it for so many years that it is part of our own live. Keep up the good work Bill.
