premarket all sessions shows size of 0

premarket all sessions shows size of 0 in time and sales for USO

why is that ? obviously trades are going off and being accumulated since i see them in my Ameritrade Streamer


time to fix it since it's been that way for some time on every symbol i recall trying it on, never use to be like that in the old Livecharts

I've reported this to our QA department.

Was this occuring on just AMEX or were other exchanges involved like NYSE, Nasdaq?

i've seen in on NASDAQ and NYSE ( EGY )

it's been like this for quite some time

Engineering verified this issue and are looking into resolutions.

Presently I do not have an ETA on when a release would be rolled out for this issue.
