500 Servlet Exception

Using LiveCharts login page I get

'500 Servlet Exception' java.lang.nullpointerexception............

Get the same result when I try to login from Quote.com home page.

This is a new 'wrinkle' for me - have not had this problem in raising the chart program before.

Please advise

Have charts now - sign in from LiveChart login page has worked this time.

Does logging out of the website and logging back in resolve the issue for you random?

Had similar issue with logging in Monday evening.. and this AM..

It seems that every few days.. something new shows up..

Whatever.. as long as they done raise the fees..
I can put up for now with that..

Engineering found two servers that were giving the 500 servlet exception error and resolved the current issue.


Engineering is looking into putting an alarm to the Operations Department for this type of issue to improve the future responses.
