  • Export Still has EOD bar

You have corrected the problem of extra day bars in livecharts but the export feature is still showing extra bars. Please correct this as my time studies are all off. I have been using other sources but would like to use this as you are causing me much extra work which I did not have prior.

    Thanks - Dan

Can you clarify which extra bars you are displaying?

I was going through the different export selections (export chart to text, excel, html, printable chart) but I wasn't getting a bar beyond 12:59 (PST), using a 1 min interval for GOOG.

Please indicate the steps to replicate the extra bars you are displaying? (symbol, interval, time of bar, particular export selection)

The NDX 13 Minute download to excel. Another issue with NDX is the 6 minute downloads 3 minute intervals.

For $NDX I wasn't able to replicate this problem choosing export to excel while on a 13 minute interval or a 6 minute interval.

I was on LC-H-07 (see screenshot)

For the 13 minute chart it appears to have the correct bars in for 6/27 and on the 6 minute chart, I'm seeing 6 minute separations, and not 3 minute. Perhaps the issue is server related, could you indicate which server you were connected to?

Could you indicate the browser/version you are using? I'm on IE. 6.0.
