Slow refresh

At times the charts are excruciatingly slow to refresh after a symbol change or interval change, for any interval except daily; sometimes takes several minutes! This never happened with the legacy LiveCharts which were always amazingly fast. This morning at the open I had to rely only on the daily interval for quite some time (using server B-06, but yesterday H-07 was also slow).

Is this due to overloaded servers in your system?

They have been slow for some time now.. I agree with you on that..

The Hot List refresh are also very slow.. its refreshing at about every 30 seconds or so.. the old LC was refreshing every 10 seconds..

So we fix one end.. the other falls apart.. !!!

I reported a problem with the charts loading slowly on interval charts this morning near market open (I was on LC-H-02).

Engineering is looking into these issues.
